When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days and then delivered according to the chosen method (generally 5 to 10 business days).

Can I return or exchange a sweater?

Each sweater is printed on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us with a photo if this is the case.

How do I care for my ChiefDaddy Club sweater?

Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the design.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to Canada.
